Italian clothing maker Boggi Milano is the victim of a cyber attack. Ragnarok ransomware gang has claimed responsibility for an attack that compromised corporate data and employee information.
Ragnarok exfiltrated approximately 40 gigabytes of company data including sensitive employee information relating to human resources. The attackers have taken responsibility for the ransomware attack in a post on their dark web forum.

Boggi Milano
Boggi Milano is based in Italy. The clothier sells high-quality men’s attire in almost 40 countries in 200 stores.
The company confirmed the ransomware attack according to a report by Bloomberg.
“A Boggi Milano representative said the company didn’t believe the attack had any significant impact and that the company was cooperating with authorities,” according to the post.
An investigation into the attack has commenced and Boggi Milano is working with police.
