How to Remove a Credit or Debit Card from Google Pay
Google Pay is a secure digital wallet that allows users to pay for purchases online and in stores with smartphones, tablets, or watches. Google Pay can be used for online shopping when a credit or debit card, bank account, or other financial account is saved as a payment method. It also works as a payment method for Google services like YouTube videos and G-Suite products. You can also securely send and receive money using Google Pay.
Google Pay works with over 2,000 banks and credit unions in the United States
The Google Pay mobile app lets users securely pay in stores without having to carry around the physical credit cards. Paying in stores with the Google Pay app is a convenient way to increase your security and protect your money online and in-stores, as the card does not have to be present to pay. When you carry your credit cards in a bag or wallet, hackers can easily record your credit card numbers without ever seeing or touching the card. RFID readers can pick up the credit card or debit card numbers from less than a meter away.
Google Pay is a mobile app. However, it can also be used online in a web browser, including Google Chrome of course. It also works in Firefox and other web browsers as long as you are logged into your Google account.
