The Challenge

We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join the team! As a Senior Security Engineer, you will help drive Adobe’s Zero Trust program, Zero Trust Enterprise Network (Zen). The role will strategically work with teams across the company, including IT and Security, to architect and integrate solutions to ensure the Zen platform is robust and secure. Person considered will connect with a technical audience including partners and management, while also being a member of an exciting security organization.   • Research, design, and support the delivery of Zero Trust solutions that are appropriate for the business and that align with team security strategies and requirements
  • Support the ongoing development of the enterprise security strategy that improves the security posture for our employees and data
  • Partner with business units across Adobe researching, guiding and enabling improvements in their security posture and service architecture, including the review and implementation of suggested improvements
  • Help drive the evaluation and selection of security technologies in conjunction with our business partners and customers
  • Participate in security strategy sessions and planning by providing experienced security guidance to business partners and customers

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • A Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in a security focused engineering role within a large scale enterprise environment.
  • Work experience must include leading within a sophisticated, global environment that includes cloud solutions and security.
  • Desired experience with Zero Trust architecture, and/or Identity and Access Management technologies. Ability to review and audit services for consistency with published security standards.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills (interpersonal and client-facing) focused on all levels of the organization, including the creation of security findings.
  • Familiarity with data analysis techniques used in reviewing a technical service or solution. A current CISSP certification is also a plus.

Additional Skills

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to “win people over” and be a phenomenal teammate.
  • Should also be neutral toward technology, vendor and product choices; more interested in results than in personal preferences.
  • Possess a proven holistic understanding of security architecture and design fundamentals and the ability to explain proposed solutions and recommendations to customers from different technical backgrounds.
  • As a teammate, have a strong ability to work collaboratively and build consensus across the organization.
